What brings us here:
An introduction to a naturopath as a teenager started a life-giving path I didn't know I needed for my physical health.
Years of searching and growing in my faith, opened my eyes to the borders of what we have allowed to be the limits for our emotional and spiritual freedom, identity and potential.
The more truth and freedom I realize, the more I want to bring others along. Don't we all dream of thriving in a beautiful world? Don't we all have this inner knowing that things aren't as they could or should be? Aren't we all made to shine something radiant of God's heart?
I have continued to find that the key to healthy living is not only taking care of our physical health but addressing emotional and spiritual roots. We just can't ignore the connectedness of our being.
Discovering and aligning with God's design for us is personal and unique. Coaching sessions allow us to authentically navigate this unique journey to bring all things into truth and wholeness.

Knowing God for who He really is and wants to be through us is my passion. Family and meaningful relationships are my heart. Lighting up the world with truth and hope for wholeness is my priority and love-work.
You'll often find me geeking-out studying physics, scripture, creation, all things natural health as well as exploring every possible way to hack limits to our wellness and wholeness. Sprinkled in between you'll find me in my garden, going on runs, DIYing abstract art, at the piano or helping others live their best-life.
